Lead Times

Our lead times vary according to products. Custom orders are running 12 to 16 weeks. Our Quick Ship items have less customization options and therefore we are running 2 to 3 weeks on those. Most belts when ordered separately are shipping in less than a week. The In Stock category items ship next business day.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Our products are guaranteed for life against defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace at our discretion.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days in the same condition that you received it for a full refund less any shipping charges. Please contact us prior to returning the item for a return authorization number.

Holster Fit & Break-in

We build our holsters tight and molded to the gun. Your gun might feel a little too tight at first. We recommend drawing and reholstering your unloaded weapon forty to fifty times and then leaving the gun in the holster overnight for optimum fit. We do not recommend storing your gun in the holster.

Leather Care

We build hand boned, hand fitted holsters. They are treated with our proprietary blend of oils when we build them. You should not have to apply any sort of oil or conditioner to the leather for at least a year or two. When you think the holster needs oiling, wait a year and then apply a very light coat of neatsfoot oil to the leather with your finger. Over oiling your holster will result in the holster losing it’s shape and rigidity rendering the holster unusable.
