The DC-2 Summer Heat holster is our take on the popular and much admired Bruce Nelson’s Summer Special holster. Like our all leather version we tried to improve on Bruce Nelson’s original design It is a great design and performs exactly as it should. We did add an option for cant or ride angle so you can choose from a neutral (straight up and down), or choose the ever popular FBI cant which tilts the gun forward about 10 to 12 degrees. The forward cant pulls the butt in closer to the body and conceals better. This holster also has better re-holstering ability than it’s leather counterpart because the holster does not collapse after the weapon is drawn. This feature helps when training to develop muscle memory.

The leather belt loops on the DC-2 Summer Heat will not mar or scratch up your belt as some plastic or metal clips will and you can also choose different belt loop colors to match your carry belt.

Built using the same top grade Boltaron polymer and lined with A-grade Hermann Oak holster leather using our patented bonding process.  Available in Black, Black Cherry, Teal or Coyote Brown. This holster is Red Dot or RMR compatible and can be built to fit a wide range of weapon lights.  If you have questions just shoot us an email.
